Just in case – and especially when traveling with children – you should be properly insured.
If, for any reason, you cannot start your trip or have to leave earlier, without the appropriate insurance this is an unpleasant fact both for the traveler and for the room provider, so please take precautions:

The Italian cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code:

• Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days of the booked travel price.
• Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the travel price.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the price for the booked but not used days. Any already paid booking deposits will be offset against the cancellation fees.
